Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in this contest, you hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure by Downtown East (NTUC Club) of the information provided by you, for the purposes of managing, processing and administering this contest.

2. You confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate and complete.

3. The Contest is open from 15 December 2016 23:59hrs still 22 December 2016 23:59hrs (GMT +8, Singapore Time).

4. To enter the contest, participants will be required to:
a. Like Downtown East Facebook page
b. Tell us who you would want to countdown to the New Year with and why!

5. Downtown East reserves its discretion to hide or completely remove any incomplete, defamatory, or irrelevant answers on the Downtown East Facebook Page without prior notice.

6. The most creative answer that fulfills all criteria will be picked as the winner.

7. Only 1 participant will be selected to win. Downtown East reserves the discretion to select the final winner, who has fulfilled the requirements of the contest. The prize is pre-determined. No requests for change of prizes will be allowed.

8. Winner will be notified about prize collection details via Facebook private message. Prizes not claimed on the stipulated collection date will be forfeited.

9. Should the winner be uncontactable by 28 Dec 2016, 23:59hrs, the prize will be forfeited.

10.The prize is neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable. Winner's NRIC must be produced upon check in.

11. The date of the stay is on 31 Dec 2016 and check out is on 1 Jan 2017.

12. The prize does not include the rental of BBQ pit. BBQ put booking is subjected to availability and booking fee.

13. The winner and his/her guests are to, during their stay, adhere to D'Resort room regulations.

14. Participants are bound by the Terms & Conditions of this contest. Participants who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.

15. D'Resort @ Downtown East reserves the right to amend, delete or add on to any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

16. Downtown East retains all proprietary rights to the intellectual property contained within the Downtown East Facebook Page, and owns the copyright to all contents within.

17. Employees of Downtown East (NTUC Club), their immediate families and advertising agencies are eligible to participate but not for winning.

18. Downtown East accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by participants as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize.
