Making a Booking
All NTUC Members / NTUC Cardholders are welcome to book rooms at our resort. Bookings are open six months in advance of your desired date, and confirmation is assured once full payment is made. No reservations / tentative bookings are allowed. Guests must be aged 18 and above at the time of booking and NTUC Members must make the booking personally to enjoy member’s rates. Booking on someone else’s behalf is not allowed.
Discounted members’ rates are for NTUC members’ privileged use only, not applicable for corporate booking / overseas group.
Members found abusing the privileges will be imposed full commercial / corporate rates.

Amendment of Bookings
If you wish to change the date of your resort stay, a notice of 14 days or more prior to arrival date must be given to the Resort via one of the following ways:

Standard Cancellation Policy
For cancellation made 30 days or more prior to arrival date full room rental will be refunded. However, administration fees of $15.00 (Including GST) is applied for per cancellation process.

For cancellation made 15 to 29 days in advance, 25% of the room rate will be charged.
25% of the room rate will be charged
For cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival date 50% of the room rate will be charged.
50% of the room rate will be charged
No Show / Early Check-out
No refund shall be made for any period that is not used; full rental forfeiture applies if guest fails to check-in on stipulated date of arrival.
Allocation of Rooms
Allocation of rooms is on a first-come-first-served basis, according to the booking number. Applicants are not allowed to personally select their room or chalet of choice.
Housekeeping services are provided on alternate day basis. If you are staying for 3 days and 2 nights, there will not be any housekeeping services. Housekeeping services will only resume on the third day of your stay after 2.30pm.
