• Email reservations@dresort.com.sg and quote "DROCC19Q" by 27 July 2019 to make a booking. Include your name, OCC Membership card number and preferred check-in/check-out dates

• Valid OCC membership card must be presented upon check-in for verification of membership and date of birth. D'Resort @ Downtown East reserves the right to revert the pricing to the Best Flexible Rate if registered guest fails to do so

• Minimum 2 nights booking is required

• Applicable for Beach Cove and Mangrove Walk only and are subject to availability

• Minimum 2 nights booking is required for Beach Cove and Mangrove Walk rooms during Fridays, Saturdays, Gazetted School Holidays, eve of PH and PH

• BBQ pit booking is only available for Park View, Beach Cove, Beach Cove Duplex and Mangrove Walk rooms and is subject to booking fee and availability

• In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, booking charges are strictly non-refundable
