Room Booking Policies

• How do I book a room?

  Bookings can be done online at www.dresort.com.sg or at the E-kiosks at D'Resort.

• What is the age requirement to make a booking and for checking-in?

  18 years old and above for both.

• Is there a minimum number of nights to book?

  A minimum stay of two nights is required for Park View, Mangrove Walk, Beach Cove and Beach Cove Duplex rooms during peak period, which includes Fridays, Saturdays, eve of public holidays, public holidays, school holidays and other high occupancy days.
  
  
  Certain promotions may also require minimum-night bookings.

• Do you offer Day Rate Room?

  Day Rate Room is not available at D’Resort. Minimum 1-night stay is required. Our check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out time is before 11am.

• Can I request for connecting rooms?

  For Resort room type, connecting rooms are only available at ground-level. For Hotel room type, connecting rooms are limited. Connecting rooms are not available for Beach Cove Duplex and Rainforest Family room. Request for connecting rooms can be indicated at the booking page under Booking Request, all request is subjected to availability and surcharge applies. 

• Can I request for my room number and/or BBQ pit number in advance?

  Please be informed that both the room number and BBQ Pit number will only be informed upon check-in. 

   

• Can I make multiple bookings for my friends and family?

  Yes, you can. However for multiple bookings with different pax configurations, room types should be booked separately.

• What is the maximum occupancy, bed configuration and location for each room type?

• Complimentary Wild Wild Wet day passes for NTUC Union members

  Please note that NTUC Union member (silver card) who book a room and login with their membership details through our website will be entitled to complimentary Wild Wild Wet day passes during their stay with us (valid throughout the stay including check-in and check-out dates), subjected to Wild Wild Wet operating hours. Do refer to Wild Wild Wet website for their updated operating hours.

  The tickets will be issued according to the occupancy of the room and strictly no date change are allowed for complimentary tickets. The NTUC Union member must be the registered guest and is required to present the NTUC Union card upon check-in for verification purposes. 

• How do I cancel or amend my room bookings? Are there any charges involved?

  Cancellation and Refund Policy 
  

  • All booking cancellations & amendments must be done via online https://booking.dresort.com.sg/managebooking. Please check your booking policy stated in your room reservation confirmation.

  Booking under Best Flexible Rate

  • 100% of the room charges will be refunded for cancellation made more than 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • However, an administration fee of $15 (including GST) per room is applicable. The room charges are strictly non-refundable for any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • One-time change of room booking (date change, room types) is allowed to be made 7 days prior to arrival. This one-time change is subject to availability and additional charges may apply; any surplus credit balance due to the change will not be refunded. No amendment to room booking shall be made thereafter.

  Booking under Non-Refundable Policies

  • 100% of the room charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • One-time change of room booking (date change, room types) is allowed to be made 14 days prior to arrival. This one-time change is subject to availability and additional charges may apply; any surplus credit balance due to the change will not be refunded. No amendment to room booking shall be made thereafter.
    

  BBQ Pit Cancellation Policy  
  

  •  In the event of cancellation or inclement weather, 100% of BBQ pit booking charges are strictly non-refundable. 
    
    

  No-Show / Early Departure 
  

  • In the event of a no-show, early departure or if guests fail to check-in on the stipulated date of arrival, 100% of room charges are strictly non-refundable.
    
    

  Activities
  

  • In the event of cancellation or modification, 100% of booking charges are strictly non-refundable.

   

• What are the Room Regulations?

  Housekeeping Services

  Daily service will be provided. A fee of $20+ (Subject to prevailing Government Taxes) is applicable for every additional housekeeping service request. 

   

  Activities in the Resort

  For the consideration of all guests, no unauthorised fixtures, decoration or alteration is allowed to Resort property in or outside the room. Management reserves the right to charge the guests for repairs required from the damages.

  
  

  Excessive noise is prohibited after 11pm. BBQ timing is from 3pm till 11pm. The management reserves the right to evict rowdy and misbehaving guests with no refund.

  
  

  The following are not allowed within the Resort:

  
  

  - Organised Gambling

  - Cooking

  - Karaoke

  - Smoking

  - Loud music

  - Pets

  - Personal portable BBQ pits

  - Catering of food (except by D'Resort’s approved caterers) 

  - Unauthorized fixtures and decorations in the Resort

  - The charging of Portable Mobility Devices (PMDs) 

   

  
  

  Smoking

  Smoking is only permitted at designated areas in D'Resort. All D'Resort rooms have a non-smoking policy and $200 will be charged to your room for guest who violates this.  Should the fire alarm be activated, an additional $500 will be imposed.

  Security

  Guests are advised to lock and latch all Resort doors and windows after midnight or each time they leave the Resort.

  
  

  Damages to property

  The Management reserves the right to charge guests for cost of replacement/repair of any loss /damaged items or excessively dirty rooms within the Resort.

  
  

  The Management also reserves the right to disallow any person whom it deems undesirable into the Resort ground and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom. 

  
  

   

• How will the GST rate change affect my room booking?

  Please be informed that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will increase from 8% to 9% from 1 January 2024 onwards. The GST rate at 9% will be imposed on payments and transactions made on or after 1 January 2024.
